What I thought was going to be a great Mother’s Day gift winded up being the least. I ordered a necklace putting down the notes for 7 stones with initials. Owner then tells me they never got the note almost a week and half later. Then she tries to basically call me a liar saying she sent an email the day after my order. I checked my spam just in case I was wrong. Trust me if I am I will gladly own up to it. Without any hesitation she just offered my money back: when originally I was going to keep the order. But with her not owning up to her mistake they definitely don’t deserve my business. Ladies triple check your order has been placed correctly!
